Most permits are first considered at the next Planning Commission meeting, which are usually at the end of the month. The City council then considers the permit at the next meeting, which are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month. City staff will contact applicants after approval or denial of the request. City permit fees must be paid within 30 days of permit approval.
